Ms. Margerate Yopia
Director Corporate Services (DCS)
The Office of the Director Corporate Services extends its sincere appreciation to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Management Team, Board of Directors, all clinical and corporate services staff, our development partners, and the people of Southern Highlands Province for their unwavering commitment and support in strengthening the Southern Highlands Provincial Health Authority. Every achievement made by SHPHA is the result of the dedication, professionalism, and resilience of our workforce, who continue to serve our communities with compassion despite the many challenges faced by our health system.
As we continue to strengthen healthcare services across the province, we remain mindful of the operational challenges that impact service delivery, including increasing healthcare demands, limited financial resources, aging infrastructure, supply chain constraints, and the geographical barriers that make access to health services difficult for many of our rural communities. Despite these challenges, SHPHA has continued to make meaningful progress through sound leadership, prudent financial management, improved corporate governance, and the unwavering dedication of our staff. Guided by the vision and leadership of our Chief Executive Officer and supported by our Board and stakeholders, we remain committed to building a stronger, more accountable, and responsive health authority.
Our focus is to ensure that every resource entrusted to SHPHA is managed responsibly and transparently, enabling our frontline health workers to deliver safe, quality, and accessible healthcare services to every individual, family, and community throughout Southern Highlands Province. Together, we will continue to build a healthier future for our province, founded on integrity, service, and excellence.
